Goldman Sachs an Industrial Espionage Target?

According to a recently filed affidavit of Special Agent Michael McSwain of the FBI, charges of theft of trade secrets and transportation of stolen property have apparently been filed against one Sergey Aleynikov, after he quit his "Financial Institution" employer to move to a high frequency trading firm in Chicago, where he would make 3x his former salary. Mr Aleynokov denies any wrongdoing.
Matt Goldstein over at Reuters, who broke the story, has apparently identified GS as the injured party. There are multiple follow-up pieces on what promises to be an intriguing narrative: check out zerohedge on blogspot for more.
